I'm terrible with the artistic terms (just as t_shirt1x2 after working with me! ^o^ ) Do you call it representational art when it isn't really, but it is?
I was fiddling with this concept the other day and showed it to T-shirt and she got my chicken scratches and made a real picture out of it! ^____^
This is kind of/sort of Road Trip inspired, so we're calling this RT-Duo... isn't he sweet? Thanks, sugah! (Totally work-safe, by the way)

expensive day for new releases.

Sometimes I sit in here and look around at my shelves full of things and feel burdened by the weight of it all. My life would be so much simpler, so much less complex, if I just didn't have so many things. There's barely a blank spot on my wall, every inch a shelf crammed with toys and candles and books and trinkets, even my filing cabinet plastered with magnets. I've had people come into my room and not speak for five minutes while they just ..look.. at everything.

I get easily lost in all the detail, too, and sometimes I find myself fervently wishing for a simple hardwood floor, four white walls, and a simple desk. Nothing unnecessary. I wonder how much more productive I'd be.

And then I look over and think, "Heh. Glow in the dark Pez dispenser." And I grin.

And I get over it.

Manga pages/short DJ's are also available and start at $30.00 a page. (includes a color cover page when applicable)

The patron should supply a link to the fic in quesiton (preferably the page the scene is on so I don't have to go digging for it ^_^) or description of the image desired. A sketch is then produced for approval and payment (preferably through paypal) is due upon approval. The sketch is then colored and delivered. Usually, I will post the finished pic in my LJ unless otherwise directed by the purchaser.

Last night sucketh.

( cut for length )it's monday, alright.

In short:

1. Met up with Afadoven and recycled some electronics that we had lying around in the garage. For free. Thank you, Sony.

2. Had lunch with Noodlboy, Afadoven, and Nonsanctus. Haven't seen Noodlboy in approximately forever.

3. Were joined by Bloomerwedgies. Saw The Dark Knight (finally). Holy hell, what an intense movie. Loved it, hope never to see it again.

4. Picked wild blackberries with above awesome people. Didn't get to be out very long, as The Dark Knight is a very long film and we ran out of daylight and easily accessible berries.

5. Played a lot of Silent Hill 3 with Puce.

6. Did a lot of work for a small game I will be running soon. O SO MUCH WORK. I have maps and plans.

So how was your weekend?

I have had nothing but trouble with them.

Every time I call their customer service I'm hung up on AT LEAST twice before I can even speak to a representative...and when I have spoken to an actual person...only 1 out of 3 of them have been helpful at all.

Another one hung up on me after I tried to explain something to her and asked her to "please listen to me" when I had repeated my question 3 times...and she would only repeat back a canned response that had nothing to do with my situation at all.

The first store I went into when I first had service...before I even used the phone...I was ignored and when I was helped I was denied access to a Manager when I asked for one...despite the fact that he was in the store.

I'm being charged for something that should have been free and can't pay my phone bill because my bill is unavailable to me online and I am unable to speak to a rep.

I'm going in to another store tomorrow to cancel my account.

I wont have a phone for a while I'm guessing...and may be unable to keep the phone number I've had for nearly 5 years because of this.

Fucking Assholes.

First off, if anyone I still owe a pic to would please state it here I'd appreciate it. I don't think I lost any information from my list but I'd like to make sure ^_^

And B, I seem to have everything working except my iTunes which for some reason says it's installing but isn't in my prog's list afterward. My bro suggested deleting it but I'm a'feared I'll loose my songs so I've got to back them up first. I'm up and able to work on new commissions though if anyone is interested ^_^

Finally, I wondered if anyone was familiar with the page I used to use to post. It was different than this page (the one it takes you to when you click the 'Post' in the header bar of LJ) It looked like the one you get when you click 'Home' in the main menu bar but had a place where you could post too. The 'Home' page also doesn't list my friends/comm's etc. and the other one did on the lower right side of the page. If anyone has any clue what the hell I'm talking about lol I havn't been able to find a link back to it (lost my fav's you know?) so I'll kiss you all over if you can clue me in ^_____^ ♥

So for some reason I keep getting a call from the national do not call list (about 2 a day actually). I know it's the national do not call list cause I've called them back and heard their message. Their message informs me that if I want to be off their list I can leave my name and number at the beep, which is fine and dandy but the voice mail box has been full for like 2 weeks now.

Someone shoot me.

May I just say that the current costs to travel are completely obscene, and furthermore fucktarded?

I am looking at flights for late in November, in the hopes of A.J. and I being able to head back to Portland so we can see our friends and family we left behind.

Atlanta is a major fucking travel hub, and it is more than three months out, and I can't find something cheaper than a flight for $400? And that's not even for a direct flight; that's a seven hour deathmarch through Phoenix. A direct flight is very nearly double that.

This is ridiculous. I want my future now, please. I demand maglev trains moving at near-airline speeds. Hell, I'd settle for a conventional train trip that didn't cost just as much as an airline flight, and take five times as long. It's preposterous.

Any suggestions? I could really use some means of inexpensive transport from Atlanta, GA to Portland, OR from about the 20th - 23rd of November until the 29th, roughly. Ideas are welcomed.

So I just finished watching the Sarah Jane Adventures. Definitely a kids show, but not bad, really. Except for Maria's mother. Holy HELL what a useless, annoying character.

Another bit of BFB; it's short, though. Sorry about that. O.o I've had some difficulty with this part. >_> Duo keeps wanting to run all over the landscape, with Heero and I running after him yelling, "Wait! Wait!" I keep trying to explain that if he does everything in *this* part, there will be nothing left for the *next* part. O.O He's a stubborn Banshee, though.

And the hysteria speaks for itself... >_> I oughta just strip it out, but hey, I'm pissed and worried and Hair-Trigger Ballistic seems to have taken up permanent residence. (sorry sunny ^.o)
